1. The Service

KnowHow sells digital learning content — individual lessons, roadmaps, and access passes — aimed at graduate students and learners. By purchasing or using any KnowHow content, you agree to these terms.

2. Payments & Pricing

• Prices are shown in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS, ₵) and include all applicable taxes.
• Each lesson is sold in up to three tiers (Basic, Advanced, Premium). Higher tiers include everything in lower tiers plus additional content.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We cannot see or store your card details.

3. Access & License

When you purchase a lesson, roadmap, or pass, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share purchased content — including sharing login access or unlocked content — with anyone else.

4. Refunds

All purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email mhobgstudio@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your payment reference, and we will refund you in full.

5. Your Conduct

You agree not to attempt to bypass, crack, or circumvent the payment and access system, or to scrape, copy, or republish KnowHow content without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

Lessons are provided "as is" for educational purposes. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any particular result — such as a thesis submission, scholarship award, or store approval — will be achieved.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
